We would love to hear from you if you are interested in joining the Frontline family. Frontline has over 35 year’s experience of training and mentoring volunteers in debt and benefit advice. There are a variety of possible roles. Please contact your local office to find out which roles they are looking to fill at the moment.
Meet with clients to compile Budgets and advise on debt options. Negotiate with creditors, help setup payments and assist with applications for insolvency options.
Money Assistant
Assisting Debt Advisors with compilation of budgets and setting up payments. Budgeting advice.
Benefit Advisor
Advise clients on Benefit entitlement, assist with making benefit claims. Assist with Benefit appeals.
Befriender
Provide support to clients to enable them to action the advice they have been given and help them access other support they may need.
Other than the Befriender role the roles above require a basic level of administration and ability to utilise computer software. All these client facing roles will require you to agree to a DBS check. Your local office may also require help with back-office tasks such as Administration, fundraising, IT support.
